We ship anywhere, worldwide. Shipping charges apply to all items unless noted specifically as “Free Shipping”. Orders are shipped via ground transport carrier unless they exceed shipper weight/size limits. Larger shipments that exceed weight/size limits are shipped via less than truckload freight (LTL) transport carrier.
After you have submitted your order we will determine shipping costs. We will then notify you of the shipping costs via email or a PayPal payment request. If you disagree with the shipping costs, you are under no obligation to complete the transaction.
All merchandise must be inspected by the customer at the time of delivery. Inspection of the product includes opening the packaging and inspecting the product completely. Damaged products must be reported to our office immediately by calling (888) 908-5339. Items shipped by freight transport must be inspected when unloaded from the truck dock; with damages being reported to the delivery driver and duly noted in writing on the shipment documentation by the delivery driver. Do not sign off on the delivery unless all damages are noted. All damaged return items must be in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for the package delivered once they have signed for acceptance of the delivery. Once a customer has signed off and accepted the delivery, no damage claims will be accepted by the trucking company. We do furnish cargo insurance on all high value items. It is still best to inspect your goods immediately on delivery.

Posted prices include the item packaged for shipment by ground carrier or less than truckload freight (LTL). Items shipped LTL are packaged in steel and wood crates 12" larger than the item to prevent damage. Damage does occur, however. Classic Copper Works will suggest shipper's risk insurance for all shipments. In the event a shipment is damaged and you purchased the shipper's risk insurance, Classic Copper Works will put your item back in the production queue as soon as it returned to to our facility, send you a new product, and handle all the details of the claim. BE SURE to inspect your shipment while the driver is there to insure coverage.
